Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible

Daku Systems & Labs (hereinafter, "Daku") is the data controller for the personal data it receives through this site and its client relationships, under Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP). Contact for any privacy matter: founders@daku.com.mx.

2. What data we handle

Only what we need to help you:

• From the contact form: your name, email, business name, what you need and your message, along with the site language and the date you accepted this notice.
• If we work together: your phone number, the meetings we schedule, quotes, proposals, contracts and the support requests you send us.
• When you accept a quote or sign a contract online: the name of the person accepting or signing, the drawn signature, the date, the IP address and the browser used, which we keep as evidence of the agreement.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data.

3. What we use it for

• Answering your message, assessing your project and preparing a proposal or quote.
• Coordinating meetings, formalizing contracts and delivering the agreed service and support.
• Sending you notices about your project or service. Every general announcement includes a link to stop receiving them.

We never sell or hand your data to advertising platforms or to third parties for their own purposes.

4. Providers that help us process it

We use providers that process data on our behalf and under our instructions, and that may process it outside Mexico:

• Cloudflare: hosting for the site and our systems, database, bot protection on the form, and the AI models we use to draft technical proposals from the information you share with us.
• Resend: email delivery.
• Stripe: payments, when you hire a service paid online. Daku does not store card data.

5. Cookies and storage in your browser

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. It stores your language in your browser and, if you use "Build your system", your progress. The form's bot check may use its own technical storage to confirm you are a person.

6. How long we keep it

For as long as our relationship lasts and, afterwards, for as long as applicable legal and contractual obligations require. If you wrote to us and we never worked together, we delete your data when you ask.

7. Your rights

You can access, rectify or cancel your data, object to its processing, and withdraw your consent. Email founders@daku.com.mx with the subject "Data Subject Request", telling us your name and which right you want to exercise; we may ask you to prove your identity. We acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and answer within 20 business days; if your request is granted, we carry it out within the following 15 business days.

8. Changes to this notice

If this notice changes, we will publish the current version here with its update date.
