• The client is the sole and exclusive owner of all deliverables, source code, data schemas, and documentation produced specifically for their engagement upon settlement of agreed project fees.
• Daku executes a full assignment of rights with zero royalties, zero hidden licensing fees, and zero vendor lock-in.

3. Bespoke Software Deliverables

All custom software architectures, backend microservices, and edge configurations delivered by Daku are transferred with full administrative ownership, enabling unrestricted execution, modification, and deployment across any cloud infrastructure.

4. Service Level Agreements & Stability Warranty

For technical consulting engagements, Daku provides an unconditional 30-day technical stability warranty post-production deployment, covering the remediation of any defects or anomalies at zero additional charge.

5. Applicable Law & Direct Resolution

Any dispute regarding the services provided by Daku will be governed under commercial law standards, prioritizing direct and amicable technical mediation between the parties.
